GROWING TECHNICAL SKILLS AS A TEAM
Technical skills have to be acquired deliberately. The best effect comes from lifting the entire team at the same time. Here you can find different solutions to help you get better software sooner. Some of it can be bought as a bunch of hours, that we then decide how to spend, together with the team(s) in question. Others are training programs that follow a schedule tailored to your needs. There are also one time vitamin injections, that can fit into any training budget. So look around and book a meeting if you find something interesting.
